From 10 mins run to complete a marathon

...it was enough for a 120 kg guy, 10 minutes was enough.
Starting from there I have always run and I found the benefits of fitness, loosing 30 kg in 1 year.
Last year I started to run more and more, with no particular goals, and my colleague suggested me to prepare for a Marathon, and I did it!
I run several Marathon and in 2016 I have switched to triathlon, completing an Ironman 70.3 in Zell Am Zee, Austria.
October 2017: I am an IRONMAN!
